Valverde is a unique, country-style hotel in the Muldersdrift area specialising in conferences and weddings.

A conference avenue needs to be comfortable in order to promote a successful event, and our Spanish themed Rose room is one such room. It has amazing business conference facilities and is, set apart from our main conference venues to ensure the utmost privacy. The rose room comes with a 2m x 2m built in wide screen and plenty of wall space as well as a lovely water outside water feature.

 

All of our hotel conference venue facilities have a breath taking view of the Lammermoor valley that goes on forever.

Kings and Queens Hall, Rondawel are situated in the main building with capacities of 120, 20, 25 respectively, fully equipped with standard conferencing equipment. In fact all of our conference venues come packed with all those little things you need, and even those which you may not know you need yet! 

For that small business conference, the Lavender Board room, overlooking the map of Africa shaped swimming pool is the ideal place for your business conference.

 Any of our business conference venues provide exceptional ambience as well as a professional and reliable business conference service which makes any corporate event run smoothly. 

 Conference events need to be well planned in order to meet the company’s goals for each specific conference event. We can assist in conference event management in order to make your conference event a success.

 Valverde offers various conference venues for conference events from 2 to 200 delegates. We offer school room seating, boardroom, banquet round tables, as well as cinema style.

 Additional equipment you might need for your conference event can be arranged by Valverde at an additional cost, such as data projector, sound equipment, stage, etc.

 Nothing spices up a conference or corporate function quite like a teambuilding activity.

Here’s what we have on offer:

◦Pizza making – This activity is free of charge when it is included as a meal in your conference package. Delegates work in groups to prepare the pizza dough and can choose from a array of toppings. 

◦Paella cooking class – This activity is also free of charge when included as a meal in the conference package. A maximum of 30 delegates prepare the traditional Spanish meal that includes seafood, chicken, rice and imported spices. 

◦Treasure hunt – A maximum of 24 people can participate at a cost of R150 per person. Teams are equipped with a compass and map and need to be the first to find the treasure.

◦Paint Ball – From R75 per person, delegates receive all the equipment and 100 balls to battle it out on Valverde’s paintball course. 

◦Beer making – From R200 per person with a maximum of four teams of 10, delegates can learn the art of beer making and discover the secrets of the world’s most renowned beer brewers. 

◦Dance class – From R2 000 to R4 000 per group of maximum 100 people, delegates can enjoy a lesson in the dance style of their choice. Professional dance instructors will conduct the lesson.
