Do you know any websites that carry discount European airlines and major airlines?

It’s not that the travel websites don’t want to include them. The problem is that some airlines refuse to distribute their tickets through websites other than their own.
The reason is cost. Travel agencies and websites rely on commercial reservations systems (such as Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus) to handle their airline bookings. These systems charge fees to display inventory and accept bookings. Some discount airlines don’t want to pay these fees, so they don’t make their flights available.
By restricting bookings to their own websites, they avoid having to pay third-party fees which helps keep their costs down.
Question: Is there a website that combines all of the cheap european airlines?
I am looking for something like http://www.kayak.com but for European airlines.
There are many american sites that do this, but they generally leave out the discount european carriers like ryanair, easyjet, wizzair etc.
If you do not know a website. I am looking for a discount airline company that is cheap that goes from Barcelona to Greece or somewhere in the area (even turkey would be okay)
Thanks for your help!

After three years in Italy we FINALLY found this site. Fabulous!
Select the country and then the city you want to fly out of, then the country you want to fly into, and it will give you a list of carriers that fly that route and links to their websites. It looks like out of Barcelona you can get to Athens on Vueling.com, service starts between those two cities on June 27th.
Question: Is there a kayak.com equivalent for european discount airlines?

Is there any site that is like kayak.com for european carriers?

Its because some of those discount airlines dont want them to. I think Orbitz, Travelocity etc… would want to carry the discount European airlines on their sites, but they have to get permission from the airlines first.
