The Alaska Airlines baggage fee went into effect. It is like the airline says “baggage service guarantee” for a major carrier. The baggage fee is for the first bag and for the second bag. It does not apply on flights within the state. The guarantee will works this way: After the plane parks at the gate, your bag should show up in 25 minutes.
